       Priming Ritual:

o    Get to a steady 6+ hours of sleep; Wake up early 4:30/5:00am, Wim Hoff submerged ice baths or cold showers, water 30-50 oz. per day average, green juice before coffee - Greens First rule! Meditation and Journaling. Incorporate more Green Tea into weekly practice, yoga 5-6 days/week, workout strength training 3-5 days a week either in Sculpt or at Equinox in SF.

       Nutrition:

o    De-Acidify // Alkalize body and pH – with greens and alkaline water, green before brown rule!

o    Diet -90% Organic

o    100% WFPB (Whole Foods Plant Based), 35%+ All Raw diet.

o    Do a juice cleanse with Dad in 2018?

o    Probiotics or Kombucha weekly doses

o    No Dairy/No Cheese/No meat – vegan practices

o    Low Gluten & Grain intake (50%)

o    Use more daily Essential oils (peppermint, lavender, tea tree, frankincense, Rose Hip, etc)

o    Water – drink 30-50 oz. per day

o    Alcohol – Can have a drink 1 time per month, if that. Goal to have a drink only 5 times per year.
